FireWater is the EnviroBox fire-protection product line — shop-welded rectangular fire water storage with an integrated pump house, delivered painted, hydrotested, and PE-stamped to NFPA 22, FM Global, and your AHJ's requirements. One vessel. One connection. Ready to set.
FireWater is not a tank. It's a fire-protection water supply — tank, pump house, fire pumps, controllers, and interconnecting piping — shop-built and tested as a single unit before it leaves Canton.
Every FireWater system is designed to NFPA 22 — the governing standard for private fire water storage — and coordinated with your hydraulic fire demand calculations from the first conversation, not retrofitted at submittal.
The pump house isn't an accessory. FireWater systems include the tank, heated and insulated enclosure, electric and/or diesel fire pumps, jockey pump, UL-listed controller, test header, and all interconnecting piping — factory-assembled, flow-tested as one.
No on-site concrete pour. No site fabrication. Set on a prepared grade pad, connect to your supply main and sprinkler system header — your fire protection is live. That is the EnviroBox advantage applied to a code-critical asset.
Mission-critical facilities, occupied buildings, and high-hazard industrial operations need permanent, code-compliant fire water reserve. Frac tanks and bladders cannot get an NFPA 22 acceptance — FireWater can, and does.
Tier II–IV facilities with dedicated fire reserve plus cooling makeup. Stacked configurations preserve white-space footprint.
HyperscaleTank farms, process units, refineries, and chemical plants. Foam-water deluge reserves and large-volume fire water under FM Global property loss prevention programs.
FM CompliantHospitals, university campuses, and K–12 districts where the municipal supply is insufficient for required fire flow. NSF 61 lining permits potable backup.
NSF 61ESFR sprinkler systems demand high flow at high pressure — and the on-site reserve to feed them. FireWater meets the duration and pressure your insurance carrier requires.
ESFR ReadyUFC 3-600 fire protection design, force-protection siting, and airfield mutual-aid reserves. PE-stamped for DoD and FAA submittal, accepted by base fire marshals.
UFC / NFPAEvery FireWater system is designed, fabricated, and documented for one outcome: the Authority Having Jurisdiction signs off, and the insurance carrier issues coverage at expected rates. That posture is built into the design — not negotiated at inspection.
What the AHJ wants to see — coordinated hydraulics, PE-stamped drawings, NFPA 22 anchor language, UL-listed appurtenances, and factory hydrotest records — is in the submittal package by default.
From a 5,000-gallon supplemental reserve for a single building to multi-million-gallon industrial campus systems — FireWater is sized to your sprinkler hydraulic calculations, hose-stream allowance, and required duration. Not a catalog SKU dropped on a pad.
A single shop-welded fire water tank in signature fire red, paired with an integrated pump house enclosure housing your fire pump skid, jockey pump, UL-listed controller, test header, and interconnecting piping. One skid. One connection. Delivered complete and tested.
Large industrial facilities, petrochemical plants, warehouses, and mission-critical campuses with high fire-flow demands often require millions of gallons of on-site fire water reserve. Multiple FireWater tanks manifolded in parallel, gravity-fed to a centralized pump station, deliver the capacity your AHJ and FM carrier require.
FireWater tanks are engineered to stack directly on top of one another, letting you meet your NFPA 22 volume requirement on constrained industrial sites without expanding the footprint or pouring new concrete. The upper skid welds directly to the lower roof plate; a single common riser equalizes the chambers. PE-stamped and permitted as a single vessel.
FireWater systems are shop-welded, blast-cleaned, primed, finish-coated, and hydrotested at our Canton, Ohio facility. They ship complete on flatbed and arrive ready to set on your prepared grade pad.
Delivery and turnkey installation available in all 50 states and Canadian provinces. PE stamps and AHJ submittal coordination in every jurisdiction we ship to.
The more specific you can be — fire-flow demand, required duration, hazard classification, governing edition of NFPA 22 — the faster we can return a budgetary or firm quotation. If you don't have the numbers yet, give us your best read; we'll back-check them against the occupancy.
Thanks. We'll be back with you within one business day. If your AHJ deadline is tighter than that, call us directly at (330) 970-6030 and ask for the FireWater desk.
